Andrew Plotkin is an associate at the New York City law firm of Angiuli, Katkin and Gentile who focuses his practice on all areas of business and commercial transactions, commercial/residential real estate and landlord/tenant law.
He advises small businesses on formation, operating and employment agreements, as well as leasing and corporate acquisitions. In the real estate area, Mr. Plotkin handles both transactions and litigation throughout New York City and Long Island. As a transactional attorney, he drafts and negotiates real estate contracts, advises and negotiates acquisition financing and loans and represents clients at closings. On the litigation side, Mr. Plotkin represents New York City landlords in holdover proceedings and other landlord/tenant disputes as well as represents clients in commercial litigation.
Mr. Plotkin received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
