Gary C. Angiuli is the firm's Managing Partner, as well as Supervising Partner of the Business and Real Estate Group.

He has extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial transactions, commercial leasing, and business litigation. He has lectured on topics such as franchising and commercial leasing, and he has advised both national and local clients. He has personally negotiated the leases for hundreds of thousands of feet of commercial office space.

Mr. Angiuli has extensive knowledge of franchise law, with more than 15 years experience writing and reviewing franchise offering circulars, buying and selling franchises, franchise-related litigation and all other aspects of franchise law. He has experience representing clients ranging from local start-ups to national chains.

Mr. Angiuli graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1980 and received his Juris Doctor from The American University, Washington College of Law in 1983. He was admitted to the New York bar in 1984 and is admitted to practice before the New York State Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Angiuli is currently a member of and was formerly on the board of directors of the Richmond County Bar Association. He is also currently a member of the New York State Bar Association. He was formerly on the Board of Directors for the New York Workers' Compensation Bar Associations.
